Having a job where I wad go to everyday and not feel threatened by the fact it could end soon is most satisfying. I am fortunate to have an employer who provides an array of benefits, such as, medical, dental, vision, life amends for the entire family (including the pets), 401k contribution up to a 6% match, sententious and long term disability, and much more.

As an individual who has a multitude of health issues, the medical insurance in itself is a huge financial relief. The third key factor I find most necessary for job satisfaction is the remuneration/pay. There are advantages an employer offers by providing a well intentional compensation and benefits computer software to employees.
