Thomas Alva Edison born February 11th, 1847 to surface-to-air missileuel and Nancy Edison named after his spacious uncle in Milan, Ohio. As a young child he was known as Al. Unfortunately, he did not grow up with any siblings as his two older sisters and one chum died before his birth due to the harsh winters in northerly Ohio.
