As I move into Week atomic number 23 of this class, I have learned many things of substance. Various parts of the textual matter and lectures in this class have helped me in a underway situation my husband is qualifying through allow for the finale of his father. My husband and his brother are in a civic lawsuit with their step-mother over their fathers will. I am going to discuss in this paper the following five things that have been of substance in my learning process: move to Strike, dubiousness for Summary Judgment, Motion to terminate, Right to a mental testing by Jury and Motion for Judgment nonwithstanding the Verdict.
Motion to Strike is when a drift is filed bearing the judge to charter all or a portion of pleading of the opposition. Motion to Dismiss is when a motion asking the judge or court to dismiss a case because there is no legal remedies for the claim. This does not attest to the validity of the case just that the court will not be able to come to a touch on for the case.
